Born in Rome (Italy), Giorgia first attended a course of costume design. Later on she completed vocal studies at the Conservatorio Santa Cecilia Roma and since then was working in cooperation with leading conductors, orchestras and directors. She also studied classical and contemporary dance at the Accedemia di Danza Roma. Since 2012 Giorgia works at Superar Suisse as choirmaster.

Born in Zurich, Paolo has initially completed German studies, Italian literature and musicology, following by vocal studies in Winterthur and visiting Opernstudio. He has later on completed his studies in Bern and London. Paolo has run various activities as a leader and oratorio singer at the opera. We are proud to have Paolo as our choirmaster at Superar Suisse since 2013.

Laida Alberdi, director of Superar Orchestra Zurich
Born in San Sebastián (Spain), Laida has initially completed her studies at the Conservatorio Superior in Madrid and Pamplona having attended a course by Yuri Volguin and Zakhar Born. She as well holds a concert diploma from the Zurich School of Music. During her musical career Laida has visited numerous master classes and became a winner of various musical prizes. Laida is working at the Superar Suisse orchestra Zurich since 2013.

Dan Mihai Ilea, violin
Born in Bucharest (Romania), Mihai completed his education as a violin player first in his home city. Already as a teenager Mihai was several times a finalist at the International Jeunesses Musicales de Bucharest. He has later on continued his studies in Brasov, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Neuchâtel and Lucerne (Soloist Diploma). Mihai has a rich experience playing in orchestras like Basel Symphony Orchestra and the Philharmonic Argovia. We are happy to have MIhai on board with our Superar Suisse orchestra since 2014.
Wu Di, viola
Born in China, Wu Di has completed his studies at the Sichuan Conservatory in his home country. He has later on continued his international studies at the Royal Northern College of Music and at the Guildhall School of Drama and Music. He has become a deputy solo-viola player at BBC Philharmonic. Wu Di regularly performs at Philharmonia Zurich (Opera House) and the Zurich Chamber Orchestra (ZKO). Wu Di has joined us in 2014.
Lina Karam Dor Abadi, viola
Born in Tehran (Iran), Lina has done her studies both in her home town and in Zurich at the Zurich University of Arts, being enrolled in a master class by Nicolas Corti. Additionally, Lina has got a Master degree in Music education and primary education. She has also played in various youth orchestras, such as Symphony the Camerata St. Gallen and the Aargauer Chamber Orchestra. Lina works with us since 2014, at the Superar Suisse orchestra Zurich.

Vera Pritchina, cello
Born in Moscow (Russia), Vera has studied at the Frederic Chopin Music School and at Tschajkowskiy Conservatory in Moscow. In 2013 Vera has got a Master degree at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. She played in various youth orchestras in Spain and Germany and even won the price of the Vontobel Foundation in 2013. Vera works at Superar Suisse since 2014.
